Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Padel Beast gear. If something isn't right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Rackets must be unused, with the protective film still on the frame.
- For hygiene reasons, socks cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.
- Items bought on sale or with a free gift offer: [returnable / final sale].

How to start a return
1. Email clothing@thepadelbeast.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
2. We'll reply with your return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first won't be accepted.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Exchanges
Need a different size? Email us and we'll exchange it, subject to stock.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items
Please email clothing@thepadelbeast.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
